      2009-11-2110:37:05 Just checking back. I have been using The 9th Law Diet Software at 9thlaw.com/members for 3 months now and I have lost 34 pounds. And most of all, I feel terrific!

      The audio CD's of The 9th Law Book also were a HUGE help. They really got me thinking about ME. They really helped me make the changes that have led to all my success.

      I just wanted to pass this on and tell everyone…You can do it. I am and it's not that hard with the 9th Law and of course Professor Jay's help.

STOP thinking and go, its easy to follow and it has changed my life. I feel amazing. I love that when I go to the beach I do not feel bad about myself any more, I put on a bikini and go .. love it

I just found this diet while researching the skinny switch & cal switching for idiots that Yes I bought That tells everyone who the idiot was lol :) but i wanted to see for myself' you know how that goes. I am to be 43 this year and have had a weight issue all my life, i can't remember a time that i was thin. i know i dont eat right never have and to be honest until i went to nursing school never had the knowledge of how to. i have downloaded the 9th law and plan to get started right a away. the most fabulose thing about this diet is i love to cook and i can incorporate the meals for my family as well and they will never know the difference YES no more eating out of boxes or trying to cook to meals , this looks so reasonable, I CAN DO THIS. havent said that in a while THANKS! Prof. Jay, i'll keep yall posted I'm starting at 193…

      2009-05-2109:05:42 I found this diet online by accident, but have been using some of the suggestions and have seen an increase in my energy and my body seems to be toning up. My clothes are fitting better and I feel more comfortable in them. Maybe I'll give the whole diet a try, and see how i do. I have treid everything in the past, medifast liquid -didn't work, jenny craig TOO EXPENSIVE and didn't keep the weight off, Weight Wathcers of course but it's not easy to stick with through all life throws at me. So here I am thinking about another diet. At least Prof. J is free and the diet looks easy, stuff I can do and live with. Wish me luck everyone. I'll keep in touch.

      2009-05-1907:56:35 I have been following the 9th Law for about 5 weeks. I have lost 17 lbs so far . This is the easiest diet that I have been able to follow. I have found engery that I forgot I had and I don't crave the junk food anymore. I still have a lot more weight to lose, but I am off to a great start. I have never lost weight this fast before. I would higly recommend this program to anyone.

      I have real good news about my family health that I would love to share it with you.

      I basically avoided the three whites; White Sugar, White Bread and White Rice, and minimize the consumption of oils, and minimized the consumption of animal base protein.

      I used dates (Locally produced to provide for the sweetness as much as i can fit it). Purchase brown bread in place of white bread. Avoid rice meal. I also reduced the percent of animal protein to minimal and increased plant based protein. I'm trying very hard to pursue my family to start the day with 6 glass of fresh water but they are showing resistance to drink all that volume at once early in the morning. All that started 3-4 weeks ago and the results are observable.

      My married daughter visited us recently and was excited to see her other sisters becoming more elegant.

      I observed some of the kids faces are starting to shine.

      I had two spots of skin eczema and the eczema is fading away and new healthy skin is developing slowly. I asked the doctor when she prescribed the ointment about how long should I be using her prescribed ointment and she replied as long as I take the hypertension medicine (i.e life time).

      I quit using the hypertension medicine, but I always take measurement. In order for me to cope with my hypertension I very much reduced my meals serving size, and if due to ignorance or tension my blood pressure increases, I take too small piece of fresh garlic and quickly I notice the change.

      Your work is extremely humanitarian, I hope GOD bless you and bless the mother who raised you, and please pass my best regard to her.

I have gained about 25lbs within the last 2 years and I am not happy about it so I did some research and ended up here. I am commited to helping my daughter and I get healthier and lose some of these extra pounds…1 day down—-8 to go for the first nine…will keep you posted…Please share with me your journey…Thanks

      I'm new here. For the past three years my lifestyle was consistently busy with school (Dual Master's Program), working full-time, homework, and general life (household cleaning, social events, etc.). Because of my hective lifestyle, I haven't been eating right. Skipping meals, eating late, then going to bed, binging on sugary and fat laden foods. You name it. And excercise wasn't part of my schedule because of lack of time and energy. I really hope this diet works. From what I read so far, it looks like it could help. My husband just bought the WII fit game, so that should help. Wish me luck! and thanks for being honest and sharing your knowledge.

      2009-04-1308:56:01 I've finished my first week and lost 12 pounds. I have not veered from the eating plan but I've had three glasses of wine during the week(not all at once). I even had hot wings with celery and blue cheese dressing last night for dinner!

      I've kept track of all my meals in a journal and I've carefully monitored my water intake. I was already good at drinking water so I haven't had to increase, just check to make sure I'm on track for 6-8 or more glasses a day.

      I'm feeling great. I'm starting my exercise program today. I had already been taking Prof. Jay's advice to move some, but I've been reading the book, Younger Next Year. As I'm entering my 50's I'm looking forward to feeling like this and being active and alert into my 80's and beyond. The first rule of that is exercise 6 times a week. In this program they say eat a healthy, reasonable and I know the 9th law qualifies as that, so I'm finding these two programs work hand in hand.

      Prof. Jay, I love the emails and video's. They are very informative and always seem to be addressing the issue I'm starting to deal with next. Thanks for everything!
